The master’s programme Organization Studies develops reflexive knowledge of organizations and organizing. Based on an interdisciplinary and social scientific approach the programme is internationally oriented and values openness towards other ways of thinking and living. As “reflexive practitioners” OS students are able to manage complex organizational situations in a socially responsive and creative way.
